Shipping policy

Section 1: Shipping Policy

Operations occur between 9AM CST through 5PM CST Monday-Friday, and 11AM-8PM CST on Saturday. No operations occur on Sunday. Orders placed with less than 10 items prior to 1PM CST will ship the same business day. For other, more item orders, the order will ship no later than 3 business days from order acceptance. Orders are accepted no later than one business day from order placement. Apparel orders will be shipped and fulfilled within about 7 days from order submission. Note that Apparel orders are fulfilled through a third-party and fulfillment could be delayed. 

Section 2: Delivery

  • Delivery of orders is dependent on the selection and priority of shipping method.
  • Orders are delivered on average around 5 days from shipping confirmation.

 

Section 3: Gift Cards

FishIT Bait Company Gift cards will be sent via email once order is complete.
Note: This may take a few moments from the submission of an order for a Gift Card, but no longer than 30 minutes. 

Please allow for up to 1 hour to receive the virtual gift card/gift card code.

Section 5: Out of Stock/Pre-Order

If an item is unavailable, it can be Pre-Ordered. If you inadvertently order an out-of-stock or pre-order item, contact us at fishitbaitco@gmail.com

To be notified when an out-of-stock item has been replenished, sign up for “Notify me when Available” email notifications on the specific product page

 

Section 6: Liability

FishIT Bait Company ensures that all orders will be delivered or picked up by the shipping carrier in proper condition for shipping and delivery. Once the packaged is delivered to the shipping carrier, you agree that FishIT Bait Company is no longer liable for the order and any damage or loss that may be incurred. 

If there is an issue, damage, or loss of an order when delivered to final destination drop-off, contact us at fishitbaitco@gmail.com so the issue, damage, or loss can be appropriately examined and resolved.
